So when I ordered my products, the address I originally was sending it to was going through an address change, so we had just forwarded all our mail and packages to the new place. My original one never arrived and after a week of being out for delivery I sent a help request in and the person that helped me was very kind and understanding of the situation and sent me a replacement order right away. It made it safe and sound and the binder feels amazing in my hands and the sleeves and top loaders are great as well! Painting the binder now and also having no issues so far if anyones wondering about that. Would recommend having paint markers tho to help lol.
Poor quality and cheap.
Bits of plastic inside each toploader which can damage cards. 10000% avoid.

Well packaged and fast shipment. All received ok. The toploaders are good quality. Clear and no chance of damage to the content, once inside. Getting a card inside and aligned straight can take a bit of fiddling but once I figured it out it was easy. Slide your card in fully, hold the vertical sides of the toploader lightly and bang the bottom on a hard surface for the card to slip down fully.

Great products but a bit warped from shipping them in a light bubble wrap padded plastic bag with no rigid support.

Great quality and best fitting top loaders out there, have always found that other brands hold cards too loose. Same with the card sleeves from vaultx, always the best fit

These are my go-to. Unlike other brands, these are cut at a higher quality. Nice smooth edges, surface is way cleaner than other brands. Other brands have sharp pieces that stick out and can either prick your finger or scratch a valuable card. Other brands also tend to have a ton of scratches and blemishes out of the box, to the point that I'll end up throwing some of them out. Vault X has the best quality so far and at fantastic value.

High quality, easy to use and a very acceptable price.
So far I have only bought the packs of 100, all of them had some form of mark or scratch in varying degrees, but 90% I would say were 'usable'. The other 10% had deeper scratches, air bubbles, heat marks from manufacturing process and miss alignment.
They probably have some allowances for margin of error. But I'm a picky perfectionist. Sorry.
I will say customer service is very quick to rectify any problems and send out replacements.
