Just got back into collecting Pokemon and after watching several YouTube video of content creators open and review the newer sets I watch a few of them build master sets and decided I wanted to start doing that too. Binder is clean and durable. Love that each set has unique color schemes and the labeled set stamped on the outside is a nice touch. Can’t wait for future master sets and to reorganize my collection into new binders!
I love these binders! Won’t be going back to ring binders ever! Will be buying more of them in the near future! Plus, the color is almost my favorite color. Hopefully in the future they make a magenta/pink purple color.
I have purchase nine VaultX binders from their website and their Amazon store. I have had issues with three.
Pros: the exterior of the binders are beautiful. The zippers are solid quality. The smooth fabric interior is soft and so professional looking. The way the interior pages rest when open makes it easy to insert and remove cards. The binding is solid, and pages are secure inside.
Cons: I've experienced inconsistent quality with the interior pages (I use the binders for sleeved cards). The mechanical means of attaching the clear sheet to the black page is sometimes faulty - it's either not sealed on the bottom row and the cards slide out or not sealed on the sides and the cards slide out, or the clear sheet and black page don't like up well and some of the sleeve pockets don't lie flat (too large a space) and the cards fall out as you flip pages. It's only one or two pages per binder, but it's several binders that it happens with.
The first binder that happened to, I just put a piece of scotch tape down and moved on. But when it happened with the next two binders, I went to their website and used their online chat (AI) to file an issue with the two binders. I was able to select the binders from a prior order, state the issues, and submit photos. The next business day, I received an email from VaultX that they're replacing of the two binders at no cost (thank you!). They never responded about the 2nd binder with the large gaps in the sleeve pockets (like, I could find a stack of 20 cards on those pockets!).
While I love the look, feel and color options of VaultX, I just don't want to spend $35-39 for a binder that may or may not be good quality, and they may or may not replace it if it's defective.

If you are putting together a collection for the Mega Evolution II: Phantasmal Flames expansion, this Vault X binder is absolutely the way to go. The build quality is top-tier right out of the box—the textured material feels premium and durable, and the smooth zipper closure keeps dust and moisture completely out of the equation.
What really makes this binder stand out is the storage capacity and pocket design. There is more than enough room to securely hold multiple cards per slot if you are stacking bulk, but it truly shines when laying out a full Master Set. The side-loading pockets are incredibly snug and secure, meaning you can comfortably slot in your standard prints right next to their reverse holo and cosmos holofoil variants without anything sliding around, stretching the plastic, or feeling cramped.
The pages themselves are archival safe and acid-free, and the black backing makes the vibrant artwork of the Phantasmal Flames set really pop. If you want to keep your cards in pristine condition while having a massive amount of storage space, I highly recommend this binder.

I purchased a binder and realized the address i had saved on shop was incorrect. the item was unable to reach that address and was returned to sender. i was either looking for a refund or to change the address. i received an email stating i will be receiving a refund of 0.00$. so when i try to use the ai to help with my order i just get the loading circle of death. i am now out 50$ and no binder for my pfl master set. vault not cool
