I just opened up my binder and stitching is undone
This is my 6th binders!
Love the color of these binders but I either got sent used products or damaged ones. The pages are sticky and there are scratches and sticky stuff that does not come off, so my cards just look dirty in these binders. I wasn’t going to leave a review because I thought I could just wipe them down but unfortunately, it has not been successful.
I bought two 9-Pocket Exo-Tec® Zip Binder SV1 and they are such an amazing upgrade from my typical binder I was using prior. Feels nice and was super easy to paint for my master set in progress. Definitely my new go to binder!!
I love vaultx binders and have bought quite a few but this is the first binder I’ve had issues with. The first one I received and a significant tear in stitching and when I brought it up customer support they were amazing and sent another but it had the same exact defect in the same spot. They are sending me a 3rd and really hoping it doesn't have the same defect. I would give 1 star for product but 5 star for customer support.

Vault X Binders are top quality and the only binder I trust and use for my collections. I also trust and rely on exact fit sleeves, top loaders, as well as their other product offerings. 10 out of 10. Their customer service is also top notch and very responsive.
I’ve always been a huge fan of Vault X’s product. However, this particular binder had a lot of fraying on the stitch on the front of it. Kind of upsetting when spending this kind of money, but it doesn’t affect overall use. Just ruins the aesthetics a bit.
Generally the binder is good quality but there were 4-5 pages where the pages were all scuffed/marked which was pretty disappointing
They sent my order to some random place in Puerto Rico. I live in the US obviously. I reached out to customer service THREE times and they did nothing to help. Will not buy from them again. Do not recommend. Was scammed out of $80 plus tax

Material on the outside of the binder is good and durable. The zipper I have had no issues but the plastic inside I have i received one of the binders with a light tear. Also while moving the cards around I have slightly tear one of the plastic card holders
This is my second binder that I have purchased from Vault X. Thusfar I have had no issues with shipping, or the products themselves. As an avid pokemon collector, Vault X was a step up from the binders I was using previously, but was an amazing addition to my collection, and wonderful for sets that I am attempting to master. Getting a binder for specific sets allows you to place the cards out in a way that leaves blank slots for unobtained cards, while the side-loading sheets ensure your cards don’t slip out. In addition, I was mildly worried about the sheets having miss-shaped or “too small” pockets in which sleeves didn’t fit, but the standard pokémon sleeves fit no problem, and I have had no issues with variation in pocket sizes.
The only downside I would say is that there are not binders for sets that were released previously in the Sword and Shield era and before, but for the newer sets they work perfectly! (I’m still hoping they release a binder for Brilliant Stars and Lost Origin, so fingers crossed!!)
But overall, a great product thusfar, and I would highly recommend to other pokémon collectors, especially if you are trying to take the next step in your collecting journey!
The first order was misaligned and the the spin had a loose thread. I messaged the site that they did send me a new binder for free which I like, But the replacement also had the thread cut and was even more misaligned as shown in the picture. I don't know if its just this version of binders or the quality is dipping but I'm very disappointed.
I really like the quality of these binders. Easy to use. Great for all sorts of cards from pokemon to Lorcana and sports. Thanks to Deep Pokeet Monster mainly for the introduction to VaultX Binders with his videos. I'm very glad there is a good Quality Binder for a Great Price. Will Buy again for my many Master Sets!
This thing took forever to get my hands on due to delays that were only communicated when original delivery was well passed. Then functionally the black pages third row is slightly to small to fit a standard penny sleev no issue with white pages. Sorry this is hard to capture with pictures but I did my best
I love this 16 Pocket binder! They weren’t kidding when saying it was a chunky boi! I have previously bought 9 pocket binders. This binder doesn’t disappoint It’s a wonderful display piece to keep my cards protected. The quality is wonderful. I’m using it to store my Gigadex challenge. I can’t wait until it is complete!
