I think the product is fantastic although when my daughter was putting a card into her new binder, one of the sleeves tore pretty quickly

Lively binder, please change shipment to France

I have nothing to say about your binders, it's lovely, looks super sturdy and everything is great ! But please if you could look into choosing another shipping company for France. I had to chase after my parcel for a few days because they just did not want to deliver to my house even after calling them, and explaining that I could not leave my house as I am disabled and was without a wheelchair at the time. It is not the first time I've heard about horror stories regarding Colis Privé and they have a tendency to never deliver, or simply steal packages because they can't be arsed to deliver one house in one city. Please if you would look into it, I know for many people its the only reason keeping them from ordering from your store
