    The binder came in perfectly and matched the exact color. I love the feel of the outside very high quality, and the inside allows the penny sleeves to be moved in and out effectively and quickly.

    abysmal customer service, will never order again

    i mistakenly ordered the wrong color and contacted customer service within 15 minutes of my order being placed to see if it could be changed. i recieved an email back 24+ hours later saying it could not, but if i wanted to i could cancel my order through the help widget on the website and re-order. apparently you can only cancel within an hour of placing your order, so not only did customer service lie to me, i was offered no solution or compensation when i pointed this out and asked for one. i will never order from here again, i would return it if return shipping was covered.

    Best Little Binder in the West

    Love the 4 pocket binders for my smaller collections. Need the pastel yellow color to come back. That is my whole vibe along with purple.
