So when I ordered my products, the address I originally was sending it to was going through an address change, so we had just forwarded all our mail and packages to the new place. My original one never arrived and after a week of being out for delivery I sent a help request in and the person that helped me was very kind and understanding of the situation and sent me a replacement order right away. It made it safe and sound and the binder feels amazing in my hands and the sleeves and top loaders are great as well! Painting the binder now and also having no issues so far if anyones wondering about that. Would recommend having paint markers tho to help lol.
I'm going to keep leaving bad reviews because you keep emailing me to leave a review. It took 3 weeks to get my package after it was lost and even then everything was damaged. Took me 5 days to get any support at all and even then I got the same response messages 4 times. You have no live support and the chat messages are still from 2025 holiday. ZERO way to actual talk or chat to a human. Its all AI responses. This entire company is joke. DO NOT BUY.
Poor quality and cheap.
Bits of plastic inside each toploader which can damage cards. 10000% avoid.

It's good but got the wrong pt. That's my fault. New to the toploaders, was going to use for Pokemon cards.
I ordered AUG 16th and now 23days passed still not delivered. There is serious problem with delivery.

Very good quality and the binder is really nice.
Well packaged and fast shipment. All received ok. The toploaders are good quality. Clear and no chance of damage to the content, once inside. Getting a card inside and aligned straight can take a bit of fiddling but once I figured it out it was easy. Slide your card in fully, hold the vertical sides of the toploader lightly and bang the bottom on a hard surface for the card to slip down fully.

Great products but a bit warped from shipping them in a light bubble wrap padded plastic bag with no rigid support.

Great quality and best fitting top loaders out there, have always found that other brands hold cards too loose. Same with the card sleeves from vaultx, always the best fit
