SHIPPING (Europe)
Orders shipped to European destinations are sent via a standard delivery service. We aim to process all in-stock orders within 48 hours, though this may be extended during high-demand periods such as seasonal sales or major product launches. Should your order remain unfulfilled after five business days (excluding weekends), we encourage you to contact us through the Help widget so we can review your order status.
In the event your order has not arrived within seven working days after dispatch, please get in touch so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.
We do not offer alternative delivery options or expedited shipping services. All orders are shipped using our standard delivery method.
Orders within Europe are shipped using DHL and DPD, with DPD handling deliveries within France.

BACKORDERS / PRE-ORDERS
Orders that include pre-order or backorder items will be shipped once all items in the order are available. Please note that this may result in longer dispatch times if some items are not yet in stock. If you would like to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those products.
