Bad shipping

Quality control needs to be drastically improved. My product was shipped in an oversized bubble mailer which offered no shipping protection. When it arrived, the box containing the semi-rigid holders was torn and 3 out of the 4 packs of holders were torn. In addition to this there was a white powdery dust litered amongst the product which i had to clean off of before i would dare to put any of my cards inside. Some of the holders were bent in such a way that any card i put inside them would surely contort to that shape over time. But overall I'm surprised that most of them were still usable and fairly straight after the way they arrived. They seem like a quality product from what i have experienced so far. But the whole point of ordering directly from Vault X instead of a place like amazon was because i expected a higher quality of care and attention given to the product. Wouldn't it make sense to at the very least use an actual shipping box rather than a bubble mailer to mail these in? I ordered these to protect my cards, but the things that are supposed to be doing the protecting had no protection of their own, making the whole thing pointless.

These cases are clear and my PSA app scanned all of my cards on my first try, even through the cases. I got in trouble last time for sending in mixed-sizes on my card cases, so I made sure to buy a set that all matched this time. I’m excited to see how they turn out!

Love the semi-rigid toploaders

When putting together cards for trade night the semi-rigid toploaders are a godsend. They take up half the space as traditional rigid toploaders.
