Middle Pockets Too Small and Top and Bottom Pockets Too Loose

After waiting for over two months to receive the limited first edition Pitch Black binder further disappointment followed with poor quality control reflected in the middle pockets being much smaller than the top and bottom rows. Penny sleeved cards do not fit well in the middle row of the binder. What a waste of time and money for a binder that looked so awesome. Never had this issue with the regular Vault X binders so you may want to reconsider purchasing the First Edition binders.

Binder is nice but the processing time is killer

It’s really hard to enjoy mastersettjng without the binder! I’m not sure if makes sense to get these when it means not having a binder during the first 2/3 months a set is out. I have no idea how to solve that but you really need to make it a priority

It’s nice but late

I don’t understand why a pre order is delivered months after the actual set is released. By the time I got this binder my cards from this set were already in a different one. VaultX can do better on speed to market. These should be delivered in hand around the time the set is released. Also they need to do something about the scalping of these binders and secondary market. Otherwise we will look to something readily available which defeats the purpose of having set marked binders to begin with.

Not wowed

It looked nice in the pictures, it just kind of seemed a little plain in person. There was also kind of strange overlap in the stitching on the bottom trim of the binder. I feel like this binder isn’t as wide as previous one I received it looks very expanded by the outpockets and compressed near the spine.

Great Product

Good, but not the best Vaultx one I have gotten.

Binder looks great. The issue I have is the stitching on the pages. The center row of each page is not spaced properly and it bends and f’s up the penny sleeves. It is a tight fit where the bottom and top every card slides in nicely. Actually the bottom row they slip in real easy. Not had this issue with any other Vaultx binder I have bought.

Getting a binder months after release is great. Maybe when they announce sets you guys start orders that way since they take months to make and ship get them out to us when the set releases. How did perfect order come the day the set released but no others have?

Love the binders, wish the preorder to print turnaround time was faster or maybe set up in such a way as to have binders made closer to set release dates. That being said, these binders are far and away the best available.

Worst quality from a Vaultx Binder yet

The middle row of the entire binder was extremely tight and the top and bottom row had extra space. Never have had this problem before and Im a loyal Vaultx customer.

This is my 46th Binder I have bought of yours!!

Vault X binders are the best on the market, especially having the first editions. Excited about getting my new 30th anniversary ones not overly excited that there’s no 1st editions and only 500 numbered ones. Hopefully they’re only doing that for this special anniversary and not for the new binders moving forward. I have everything from cosmic eclipse through pitch black in your binders. I think they are the best.!!!!

Not the best quality this time

I have purchased a first edition since surging sparks for every pokemon release from VaultX and their anniversary binder and a few others. I would rate all of my previous purchases at 5 stars. I love their binders and recommend them to everyone, but this one just feels different/cheaper. My 7yo son even said it first thing when he first held it. There were some sharp lines creases and small (very small but still) tears in the plastic card holders, and the plastic holders were less uniform than normal with it being difficult to get a double sleeved dragon shield into some of the slots. I have never had this issue with any of our 18 or so other binders. Feels a little bad especially for how long these take to arrive. I will assume this is a one off, and I still plan to purchase their future releases

Boring

I have 20+ binders from vault X, this one was very underwhelming and to be blunt, boring. I understand keeping outside a solid color but not doing anything with inside seems like such a let down. Constantly getting the pokemon set specific binder with barely any customization is tough. Only doing the border of the zipper that you can’t even see when binder is on a shelf is pointless. This may be my last order honestly as other brands do way more customization for almost same price and faster delivery time.

First page punctured.

I love the binder, however the first page appears to have been punctured. Very noticeable as soon as I opened it. Other than that it looks amazing
