The construction/durability is well worth the price point. The outer texture is grippy without being abrasive. The way the zipper is done has been well thought out to prevent snagging or having the zip come flinging off. The clarity of the windows is crisp, and the texture of the backing (along with the side-loader windows) provides enough grip to where I don’t have to worry about the cards sliding, but not so much traction to where it would cause damage when removing cards. For higher rarity cards, I put in a perfect fit sleeve and Ultra Pro sleeve. With some binders I have tried in the past, they have either tried to conserve some space/material or have had QC issues and some rows will be not uniform in size and I would have a difficult time sliding those Ultra Pro sleeves into the windows with the sleeve crinkling in the corners, or would have to wiggle the card back and forth repeatedly to get it to fit. With this binder I have had none of those issues.
I got this binder for combining my Pokemon, Black Bolt and White Flare sets. I should have done the math first because combining the 2 sets yields 860 unique cards, but I have found a way to organize that suffices me as a collector. 100% my fault for not doing the math correctly in the first place. I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to order Vault X for my future collection needs.
Hopefully we will see top loader and slab binders in the future?
